The freshest 'overland' journey that is possible without crossing water. Autumn in the Baltic States, frosty winter in Siberia & Mongolia, spring in China and tropical weather from Vietnam via Laos, Thailand and Malaysia to Singapore. Slowly we see the face and clothing change into a new culture. The lack of roads, or the roads themselves, make for a challenging journey. We are euphorically happy when we enter Singapore on New Year's Eve without any tears. We made it!
